RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

- Consulting services
- Accounting services
Refundable Services: The following services are refundable:
- Services that have not yet been started
- Services that have been started but not completed
Return Process: To initiate a refund request for refundable services, please contact us via email to [email protected] to obtain a refund authorization number. Once you have obtained a refund authorization number, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt of the refund request.
Exceptions: Services that require third-party expenses (e.g., government fees, courier charges, etc.) are non-refundable.
