• Consulting services: Fees for consulting services are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• Accounting services: Accounting services, once provided or started, are non-refundable.

Refundable Services

The following services may be eligible for a refund under specific circumstances:

• Services that have not yet been started: If you request a refund for a service that has not been initiated, we are happy to process the refund.
• Services that have been started but not completed: If the service has started but has not been completed, a refund may be issued based on the portion of work that has not been performed.
