One of the main reasons for this progress being reduction in time taken for incorporating a business entity in India and setting up operations. In continuation to this, the Government has proposed a new web form named <strong>SPICe Plus<\/strong> replacing the existing forms for incorporating a Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>SPICe Plus Form (SPICe +) <\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The Spice plus Form is\na new web-based utility which is a replacement to the earlier Spice (Simplified\nProforma for Incorporating Company Electronically) form which was a pdf\nversion. It would be an integrated web form offering 10 services by three\ncentral government ministries and one state government. The form would be\napplicable from 15th February 2020 on the portal of Ministry of Corporate\nAffairs (MCA). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Features of <\/strong> <strong>SPICe + form and Agile Pro (INC-35)<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The new spice +\nform would have two parts \u2013 Part A- For Name reservation and PART B for\nincorporation and host of ancillary services as listed below. Users may submit\nboth parts together or one after the other.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Spice Plus form along with Agile Pro (INC-35) would be an integrated web form offering multiple services namely:<ul><li>Name reservation<\/li><li>Incorporation<\/li><li>DIN allotment<\/li><li>Issue of PAN and TAN<\/li><li>Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) Registration<\/li><li>Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) Registration <\/li><li>Professional Tax Registration for the State of Maharashtra<\/li><li>Opening of Bank Account<\/li><li>Goods and Service Tax Registration<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Upon notification and deployment of this form,\nall name reservation for new companies and incorporations shall be applied\nthrough <strong>SPICe+ Only.<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The earlier web\nservice for reserving name through RUN (Reserve Unqiue Name) would be\ndiscontinued and RUN would be applicable only to change the name of an existing\nCompany.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Declaration by all Subscribers and\nfirst Directors in INC-9 shall be auto-generated in pdf format and would have\nto be submitted only in electronic form in all cases, except where:<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>(i) Total number of subscribers and\/or directors is greater than\n20 and\/or<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ii) Any such subscribers and\/or directors has neither DIN nor\nPAN.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The launching of Spice Plus Form is a step in the right direction\nwhich would lead to a substantial reduction in time taken to setting up a\nbusiness entity in India, in turn attracting a lot of investors in coming time\nperiod.
